PLease can anyone suggest some one who could look at our TV and tell me why the screen is pixalledt ,maybe also adjust the aerial if needed.

Looks like you aren't getting a picture at all, to me! Bruce Titcombe (Marlborough Aerials) lives in the village (a teeny bit pricey though very efficient).
