| Especially as there is so much for you to help with, i.e. Marquees putting up and taking down, chairs and tables to be put out and packed away again, burgers to be cooked, cream teas to be made, drinks to be served, marshalling, decorating floats, putting up flags, looking after excited little princesses, selling raffle tickets, erecting flagpoles, need I go on? |

Do you seriously do nothing more than moan? It's funny to see but sad to watch at the same time. You are the 'Pauline Fowler' of the Aldbourne forum _________________

She'll probably be the 'Pauline Growler' of the Aldbourne forum once she's clicked your Facebook link. |

| Matt and Mike - when you came to see me earlier I had not seen THESE posts. These are just plain rude, when somebody who always posts constructive and intelligent posts (and who does SO MUCH for this village voluntarily) is treated like this, I must say any sympathy I had is fast disappearing. I think you owe Pauline an apology. I think I now understand Rupert's actions which I might not have earlier on. |

Hey Spud, I'll take that as a compliment then. Eastenders is my all time favourite TV programme. Old bag she was at times, but Pauline Fowler was also a strong, family and community minded lady.
Dr X was doing a bit of moaning of his own - about the Carnival - if I remember rightly. Am just asking him to put his "money where his mouth is", get his muscles out and get stuck in. |
